Ethica Group, an Italian consulting company specializing in consulting in extraordinary finance transactions, through Ethica Global Investment has acquired 80% of Sil Fim, a Marche-based group specialized in the production of extractor hoods.
As anticipated by the Sole 24 Ore, the operation would have been financed by some co-investors, including Riccardo Remedi (formerly at Faber, Franke Group) who will become CEO of Sil Fim.
Sil Fim, founded in 2009 by Walter Darini, combines the activities of Silc Spa (professional ironing machines) and Fim Srl (extractor hoods). Tre company has a turnover of around 20 million euros and supplies the main Italian and international kitchen manufacturers.
About Sil Fim
With the aim of industrial expansion, the Italian industrial company was born in 2009, as result of the merger between Silc spa, a company founded in 1968 and today a leader in the industrial ironing sector, and Fim srl, founded in 1985 to produce extractor hoods, refrigerator liners and decoration accessories.
