19.03.2020 Pen handle, by Furnipart, designed by Kaschkasch, is inspired by the trivet of a gas cooker. It has a distinctive Japanese expression in its light and simplistic outline. Its low-key nature makes it suitable to kitchens and furniture alike.

Design studio Kaschkasch (Cologne, Germany) was founded in 2011 by Florian Kallus and Sebastian Schneider. The duo works in furniture, lighting design and art direction for several national and international clients.

Furnipart works internationally, and more than 90% of its turnover comes from the export markets. The firm has just been nominated as one out of three SME’s for the Danish government’s digitalisation award. In 2018 the company achieved a Cradle-to-Cradle certification on all its aluminium profiles and won a German Design Award for the handle series Edge Filigree.
