Roooms MoscowIn the rapidly developing Russian market, Rooms Moscow / MIFS (Moscow International Furniture Show), one of the most important furniture fairs in Russia, has further consolidated the industry@¬#s business platform in Russia and the CIS countries.

The trade show covers all the topics that play a part in the Russian furniture market. The "Design Village" section (developed in collaboration with the "People@¬#s Architecture" bureau) presented projects with a furniture and fine arts focus by young designers.

No fewer than 18 German companies seized the opportunity to enter the promising Russian furniture market via the Rooms Moscow / MIFS 2013 event by participating in the German Pavilion sponsored by the BMWi (Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology). The Italian Pavilion also attracted a great deal of interest from visitors and gave companies such as Arredamenti Cignini, Classimo, Sicilia Intarsi and Valentini Mobili the opportunity to present their latest products.

As a link with the Imm Cologne 2014, Koelnmesse presented the internationally renowned Interior Innovation Award to visitors and exhibitors at Rooms Moscow / MIFS in the form of a selection of award-winning products and supplementary information about the prize, which is held at the imm cologne every year in collaboration with the German Design Council."
