Anieme coordinates Spanish participation at Furniture China

For the third consecutive time, a group of Spanish brands are showcasing their best collections in hall W1 at Furniture China, from today 11 to 15 September. The collective participation from Spain is supported by ANIEME and ICEX.

With China gradually shifting towards a consumer driven economy and playing a key role among fashion and luxury emerging markets, companies can’t miss the opportunity to increase their presence in the Far East. Over the latest year, Furniture China has proven an unparalleled trade platform for the furniture sector in Asia, with professionals representing more than 60.0% of 71,980 visitors in 2012 (27.4% coming from overseas).

The collective participation from Spain, supported by ANIEME – the Spanish Association of Furniture Manufacturers and Exporters – and ICEX – the Spanish Institute for Foreign Trade -, is gathered in the International Brand Hall W1, just at the main entrance of the fairground, with other European and American pavilions:  France, Italy, Portugal, Belgium and the U.S… At the event, Spain is present with a collective participation of 11 brands: Commerttia, Concept Exclusivity Home, Curvasa, Ébano Internacional, Fenicia Mobiliario, Glicerio Chaves Hornero, Sillecla Mobiliario Auxiliar, Point, Skyline Design, Vondom and VYM Sofás.

After Cologne, Stockholm, Paris, Milan, New York, Las Vegas and Dubai, Mueble de España set foot in Asia, bringing back to China its appealing furnishing offer and new designs. The successful participation at the latest editions of Furniture China has convinced the Spanish companies to focus and strengthen their presence in this market.

With the stands lined up on three aisles – A, H, K-, Spanish companies are making a big impact for their attractive and versatile proposals for home and contract sectors. They encompass different styles and products, such as the high-end classic home décor, fresh proposals for the modern home, avant-garde outdoor collections and a choice of artistic objects and decorative items.
