Yesterday, businesswoman and international supermodel Cindy Crawford took part in an exclusive event held at Cosentino City showroom in Manhattan (New York), to discuss the relationship that unites the model with the global firm.

05.10.2017 This year, Crawford has been the face and ambassador of the Silestone brand, world leader in the quartz surfaces market, fronting the spectacular Tops on Top campaign.

Crawford participated in an interesting discussion, alongside renowned journalist and Elle Décor Editor-in-Chief Whitney Robinson, where she not only spoke about her illustrious career in fashion, but also her experience and personal tastes in relation to design and décor.

Ever since I shot the campaign and I’ve gotten to see the different surfaces, the one that I responded to—that surprised me—was Silestone Marquina. Even though I love an all white kitchen (we can’t go wrong with that!) in my head I thought it would be a really beautiful statement piece, like  on an island. And the other countertops being in a Calacatta Gold. I love combination — It’s like when you choose a safe choice but every now and then you pick something with a little bit of flair. I have that in mind to try in one of our next projects, Cindy Crawford says.

The event, which was hosted and directed by Eduardo Cosentino, Cosentino Group Global Vice-president of Sales and CEO of Cosentino North America, was attended by a select group of renowned architects and designers based in New York, different customers of the firm, and representatives from the media in the field of design.
