Restructuring and New Appointments at Titus Group

Following five years of strong and consistent growth where the company has more than doubled its revenues, Titus Group has initiated an organisational restructuring programme to reinforce the continuing high growth rates it confidently expects to see in future years.

20.09.2018 The Titus Group re-organisation programme supports key growth strategies, including stronger key account management, further investments in new products in cabinet connectors, concealed hinges and furniture soft closing as well as growth in the sectors of damping and die casting technologies.

As part of this, Titus Group has announced three important new appointments: Tadej Gosak is appointed as Chief Executive Officer for Europe and Holger Geesmann joins the company as Chief Commercial Officer Europe.

New appointments

New CEO Titus Europe, Tadej Gosak brings a wealth of management experience from positions that have included General Manager and Sales Director in a number of flourishing consumer and business-to-business, multinational and Slovene companies. His enviable track record includes transforming the fortunes of his previous company, a specialist in hygienic paper products, by guiding it through a successful turnaround and merger. He is tasked with taking responsibility for the European division of Titus Group during a period of investments to realise opportunities in the European strategic markets.

Holger Geesmann has worked in the cabinet hardware sector for the whole of his professional life and, in the last years, has achieved notable success in the post of Sales Director Key Account Management for a major German cabinet hardware specialist. As CCO, Holger takes responsibility for sales, product management and development in a period of strategic expansion and accelerated rate of new product launches. His in-depth product and market knowledge, complemented by his extensive experience in sales management are invaluable assets that will support the development of Titus business in the European furniture and damping industry.
