A new tutorial video about Komplet, a new distributor in Saudi Arabia, its pressence at the European Congress on DDMRP production planning technologies in Nice and a reverse trade mission with India are the latest news of Indaux.

21.06.2018 To accompany the recent launch of the Komplet telescopic runner, Indaux has produced a tutorial video which shows how simple it is to assemble, as well as its adjustment possibilities. It is a fully extractable runner that supports loads of up to 30 kilos and offers progressive and silent sliding, as it incorporates the Indamatic patented damper. The Komplet is a high-performance product which has been warmly welcomed by customers, as it offers quality at an efficient cost level.

Successful event in Nice

On 7 and 8 June, Indaux took part in the European Congress on DDMRP production planning technologies, held in Nice. The objectives of the meeting were to deepen knowledge of Demand Driven principles, discover best practices and listen to success stories analysed by the Demand Driven Institute. Indaux was one of the companies invited to describe the improvements obtained after its implementation, and those responsible for explaining it were Xabi Ruiz and Ander Etxeberria, members of the Operations Department.

New distributor in Saudi Arabia

Indaux has signed a distribution agreement for Saudi Arabia with ITCO, the International Timber Company. The company was founded in 1970 and is a leader in the marketing of wood, floor and fitting products for construction, joinery, industrial packaging and interior decoration.

It has 13 branches throughout the country, more than a 100 distributors and a sales team that has built solid relationships with joiners, building companies and contractors. Among other products, they will distribute in Saudi Arabia: Komplet Marc and Cisne runners, Attraction and Europa drawers and Scarpi-4, and Scarpi-5 and Traser-6 hangers.

Second reverse trade mission with India

A group of Indian customers, accompanied by three members of the Indaux marketing team in that country, have visited the industrial facilities at Aia and Getaria through a reverse trade mission, with the collaboration of Habic. This is the second expedition of this type organised with India since Indaux opened the subsidiary in 2014.

As a result of this visit, the customers have been able to check our capacity for creating adapted products, which has enabled them to better understand all the possibilities that Indaux offers them as a manufacturer. Furthermore, the group has extended its knowledge on the extensive range of products that the Indaux catalogue offers.
